I’m 39yo healthy Latino with natural light tan/olive skin tone. I’ve had laser hair removal on my face with no problems however I had laser hair removal on my legs for the first time 40 days ago and the hairs are still not pushing out. The few hairs that weren’t affected still grow but the ones that were are not growing out. They’re visible stubble but are not shedding. After 40 days I know this isn’t normal.
