I have an uneven jaw ridge after 2 molars extracted on same side. Jaw bone ridge is uneven and sharp. I do not want jaw recontouring so want to just replace the front molar to avoid the pain of the denture rubbing on the pointy sharp bone ridge where the back molar was. Can this be done effectively?
