2 different sized claves - am I candidate for a calf reduction? (photos)

I broke my ankle in the early 90s and the muscle atrophied a lot. My calves were quite large for a woman. Now I’m left with 2 different sized claves now. My right leg does a lot more work then my left (injured) leg. Would I be a candidate?
