My first surgery resulted in my midline being off. The second surgery fixed the midline but my maxilla was lifted too high resulting in no teeth show. Third surgery was supposed to bring down the maxilla but it wasn't brought down enough, so that I still have a strained smile that shows very little teeth. I am so distressed. All I wanted was a nice, straight smile, now I don't have a smile at all! Is a 4th surgery advisable and will it fix this? Anything else I can do.?
