Airsculpt Smooth made my cellulite worse. What went wrong?

I had the procedure done 6 months ago, followed the after care etc. I noticed after the swelling went down tht I had giant obvious dimples/deep divets and protruding areas (even worse than before I went in). I had my followup today and the dr. and nurse don't deny the obvious issue. They said they get back to me but, what happened here? I look worse then when I went in. Still have bruise staining as well. What went wrong?
