21 years old, losing around 150-200 hairs a day - Is AGA progressing? (photos)

I have had TE before 2 years ago and my hair did grow back. However, I’ve started experiencing another one in august. I was shedding a lot of hair including some short 3cm or less hair. It was only at 10% or less of my shed hair (I was also losing 300-400 hairs a day). Now I am losing around 150-200 hairs but I lose about 20% sometimes more of small hairs. Is AGA progressing? I notice maybe a bit less hair density and my temples are way thinner than even a month ago. But my middle part is fine.

Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, there are treatments you can do at home such as Nutrafol, and Rogaine but given your age, I suggest a trip to your doctor. Getting a complete bloodwork workup won't hurt and I think you should start there to rule out anything that could be causing...
