What can I do as teeth point inward after braces? (Photos)

Hi, I wore braces 12 months, the main point was to fix bite and close gaps. After my doctor removed braces I see that my front teeth are angled inward. I think my smile looks ugly and I’m very upset. What can I do?

The problem of gaps between the teeth can be related to tooth size.   Closing the gaps by backward tipping of teeth traps mandible in a posterior position that can cause TMJoint clicking or locking.

Ideally, closing spaces should have ideal angulation of teeth which is forward.

Sometimes the spaces can be moved to posterior dentition. Sometimes leaving gaps or spacing for veneers is best approach..

Definitely should be discussed during treatment.

I utilize a lot of DNA Appliances to grow larger maxillas and airways but while it is good for TMD and Airway it can create gaps beteeen teeth especially if teeth were extracted for orthodontics
