Is it possible to get an infection in the bone behind your ear and the cause be from a bone graft for a tooth/dental implant?

Not, you cannot get an infection behind your ear, maybe is into your mouth and you feel the pain behind your ear. I suggest you go to your doctor to value it before you get worst.
