Is it possible for a bone graft to cause an infection behind the ear?

It is good that you tell your dentist that  did the bone regeneration on the discomfort that you are feeling in the area where the implant was removed.  I think that by taking a periapical radiograph the doctor could rule out a possibility of infection.
