Thank you for your question. Scultpra is indicated for 25 months, and yoga should not negative impact this time frame.  Be certain to follow your provider guidelines for massage of the treated areas. I hope this helps.

Practicing Bikram yoga will not cause you to metabolize Sculptra quicker. This is something that will not be influenced by physical activity. In general, the rate at which Sculptra is metabolized depends on:

	1) The amount injected
	2) The patient and the natural rate at which their body metabolizes the product

No. Your Sculptra should not disappear faster as a result of practicing yoga. I will typically advise Sculptra patients to avoid yoga for two days following the treatment to minimize bruising. Otherwise, there should be no problem combining yoga and Sculptra treatments.
