Dent/disfigurement from excision of beauty mark in slight off center of nose. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

I had a beauty mark removed from my nose by a cosmetic dermatologist in 2015. He excised it and stitched it up without designing any kind of flap or lengthening the incision site. The results what you see in the pictures (it looks a bit worse in person) I visited a plastic surgeon who tried to fix it via a fascia graft, through an onlay, via a horizontal incision, externally. It didn’t fix the issue, but made it a tiny fraction worse. What kinds of options can fix this? I don’t mind scarring.
