Hello! I'm a 20 years old male with long hair. My hair has been thinning for the past 2 years. Though it is not noticeably bad when I let my hair loose, it's a different story when I tie it up. I have recession on both sides, which many people think is just a mature hairline. I have thinning all over my scalp apart from the sides. I've tried to use saw palmetto to block a little bit of dht. It made my hair more fuller, but hair-fall hasn't stopped. Should I take finasteride?

Hello and thank you for your question. If I were you I would want to know why my testosterone is elevated. I don't believe a workout the previous night would cause an increase in testosterone. I suggest starting with a visit to your doctor and take it from there. Best of luck to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. The tissue can come back to normal after a steroid injection, it just takes a while to recover. I hope this helps.

Hello I'm Dr. Wipawan Vathananai, a co-worker of Dr. Kulakarn Amonpattana, from BHI Clinic, Bangkok, Thailand. According to your photos and history, you might either have telogen effluvium, AGA, or both.
Telogen effluvum (TE) could be caused by the past infection you mentioned. TE will recover...
