There should be no contraindication with Sjogren's or any other autoimmune disorder and getting laser tattoo removal done with a Q-switched laser. The only possible reason why you couldn't be treated is if you have a sore or lesion to the area you are wanting to be treated. You have to be careful with laser treatments and ink allergy. In many cases I excise the portion or color that cause the allergy and then treat the rest with laser. Ink allergy is most common with red ink. Best of luck, Dr. M
