I'm a young woman (mid-20s) with sunken tear troughs that are genetic. I've been eyeing filler or PRP but have heard that these are risky around the eyes and results aren't that long-lasting. What's the safest option? What would the most long-term solution be?

For sunken eyes we need to replace the volume which is deficient. It can be either by a filler or by fat grafting.Both procedures have almost same risks.But Fat grafting is more economical and long lasting as compared to fillers.

That’s a great question! It is safe in the hands of someone who does these treatments regularly. If you are looking for longevity with something more regenerative in nature, we do often use diluted Hylauronic acid filler with PRP in the same syringe. This is a Vampire Facelift technique but you don’t need to do the entire face. There is also something called the AutoCorre technique that uses your own PR to create a gel filler and this is very safe.
