Hair loss around scars on scalp?

There can be quite a bit of healing that takes place in the first 6-9 months. The best option is generally to see how much recovery takes place and the consider if a hair transplant can restore hair in an area where it was lost. There are no great options despite what you may be told to minimize scarring. Generally speaking, the first step is to just make sure the grafts heal and there are no complications.
