Is there anything I can do to slim my face back down after IPL 5 months ago? (Photos)

I had IPL done early Sept. 2022. The lady who did it said since my skin was so fair she could turn the machine up high. My face was EXTREMELY swollen and red after for several days. My face still appears much more puffy and I have had people ask if I’ve had something done, because my face still looks puffy compared to before the IPL. In pictures now vs. before the IPL I look like I’ve gained a significant amount of weight. Is there anything I can do to slim my face back down?
