I've probably asked this question before but I just want to make sure. Does lexapro anti depressant interact with finasteride or cause any type of hairloss? Thank you!

Lexapro (escitalopram) and finasteride do not have any significant drug interactions. That does not mean the two can necessarily be used together as one should be aware that finasteride itself can rarely affect mood. Individuals with certain mood disorders need to check with a qualified practitioner and be monitored while using finasteride. But there are no drug interactions. As for causing hair loss, all antidepressants carry a very small risk of hair loss (telogen effluvium). 98-99 % of users have no issue at all - but 1-2 % can experience a telogen effluvium or hair shedding disorder while using these medications. Be sure to review with your physician.
