Bonding is a bad option for you.  Porcelain veneers would be a great option for you.  They would look fantastic.  If you are not interested in that I would recommend Invisalign.  Best of luck.  

Dental bonding is an option if it is done by a dentist that has experience and expertise in the technique.  It will allow for the covering of the discolorization of your lateral incisors and aligning them with the adjacent teeth.  Bonding is subject to discoloration over time and is not as strong as porcelain.  If you opt for invisalign, you would still have the discolored tooth when treatment is complete.  My recommendation would be to do porcelain veneers on teeth #7 and 10.  You also would need a bonded filling on the discolored area of #9 next to #10. If you also want to eliminate the white spots on your canines, I would recommend cutting back the area when the white  spots exist and covering them with bonded fillings.     This will give an immediate, permanent impact on your smile.  Resin bonding would be a less expensive option, but would not last as long and might require periodic repairs or touchups in the future at an additional expense.  

Hello I recomemd you braces or invisilign because you have good anatomy in all your teeth and do dental bonding doesn´t going to be a good choose.
