Can Invisalign treatment be done without attachments? (photo)

Question

I am 28 years old. My Ortho suggested the treatment without attachments. However, I am not sure if it will be effective as all reviews here are highlighting the importance of attachments

The attachments are much like ortho brackets and are very useful in retaining the aligner and also in helping transfer forces from the aligner to the tooth. There are very few circumstances where attachments can be avoided.In my opinion, some patients can get good results with no attachments, maybe not 100% success but still good enough. It is always important to understand that you may need a longer treatment and with more corrections at the end.

i always recommend attachments with invisalign because invisalign covers only tooth portion. in case of treatment without attachments results in more refinements and long duration. kline from germany is good if u do not want more attachments.
