I have Keratosis pilaris on my cheek. Will applying minoxidil cause any problems? Or help to cure from KP? (Photo)

I have KP on my skin. Hand, back, face. But on my cheek there is no beard so I want to grow beard on that area. Is minoxidil helps to grow beard on there.? Or it causes my KP vulgar?. Minoxidil helps to cure from keritosis pilaris?
