My case is $5500. My father's ins. was preauthorized to cover 2000, my mother's was 1000. I am making payments on Care Credit for the leftover $2500. Fast-forward 1 year (2013), my dad changes ins. comp. and I am 4 months away from the end of my treatment. Office said I have to pay the balance of 850 because my fathers original ins. won't cover it anymore even though it was preauthorized in 2012. Do I have any options here? I cant afford to pay more than what I originally was told to pay.

Answer: Pre Authorization for Invisalign Treatment and Change of Insurance
The Clincheck software is available only to approved providers. Your provider can email you what Invisalign calls a video - it is a low-res version of your Clincheck that has fewer options for interaction.
In general, leave your aligners in when you drink and most things are okay...have yet to see a cavity along the edge of an aligner even with poor hygiene. With fruit infused water, watch out for excessive acidity which might make you prone to excess enamel wear during toothbrushing (abrasion)...
Since the greater the time you are wearing your aligners, the shorter the length of your treatment. Ii strongly advise that you replace your aligners, after of course, either brushing or swallowing, asap.
