Breast reduction T junction infection or wound separation? (Photo)

Does this looks infected or is it just wound seperation? I saw my PS and he put me on antibiotics 4 days ago. It looks a little worse to me since then and I'm getting nervous because of the pink area. I go back tomorrow to get checked again but I am just curious what other doctors think. My instructions were just to take my antibiotics and shower normally and then put a clean dry dressing on. How long does an area like this normally take to close?
