It looks like you have a significant amount of "bottoming out" of your breasts, as well as the other issues of broadness and nipple asymmetry.I would suggest you see a plastic surgeon about having a redo breast reduction. The breast width and volume can both be reduced. The nipple asymmetry can be corrected and the overall breast shape improved by rearranging the volume you have.There were concerns about protecting the blood supply and nerve supply to the nipple when performing revisional surgery, but recent studies have suggested that redo breast reduction is safe even when the details of the original surgery are not known.I hope this helps and good luck with your surgery.

Thank you for the photos. You now have what is called pseudoptosis and your natural breast has dropped significanly below your areola and would clearly benefit from a revision of your reduction to improve the overall shape of your breasts.Dr. Corbin
