Hi! I have a short face, deep mentolabial fold, mild recessed jaw and a deep bite. I do have perfect occlusion though. When I lower my jaw slightly, my lower face height increases and my looks greatly improve. While I understand that a chin implant is an option, is it also possible to get this effect by increasing the height of the posterior molars? Somewhat, like having posterior turbos placed on the molars while treating a deep bite, but in this case extruding the molars themselves.
