Any help for hair loss & greasy hair after Accutane? (Photos)

I got off accutane in March 2022. Since then my skin has been amazing but I’ve had some side effects. I’ve noticed since getting off my hair is EXTREMELY greasy no matter what I do it can’t be fixed. I’ve also lost 50% or more of my hair. It used to be long and thick now it’s fine and thin. Any help is greatly appreciated I’m really trying to get back to my normal hair.
