I've been using Regaine for almost 8 months now and it's made my hair fall out a lot. Should I stop using it?

I have fine hair and my hair has been thinning for years. I'm on the combined pill, Spironolactone, Use LED therapy and have done PRP therapy on my scalp (which made my hairloss worse!!). I have also used Regaine successfully on my temples for years. I started using it on top of my head about 8 months ago and it has worsened my hair loss significantly without any improvements yet. I'm worried to continue, is it worth stopping or should I keep going?
