You can get the filler dissolved as long as it was a hyaluronic acid. Once it is gone, your chin should go back to its original state. I would wait for it to be completely dissolved before you add anything else and see a different doctor.

If the black and white picture is your before picture, it would appear that you have possibly had the filler placed at a slightly lower angle than is ideal. It also appears, based on the pictures you have shown here, that you have a rather flat chin, and would benefit from having some projection forwards to give a smoother contour.
That said, it is hard to tell without seeing it in animation and live. If you have not given your doctor a chance to assess and correct it, it might be worth doing that first though it sounds like you may have a negative impression of her if you feel she is “money hungry”.

Thank you for your question. I am unsure how your Doctor did the injection and which product was used, however it does appear that the filler was smushed downwards. We typically use Voluma in the chin and recommend not putting any pressure on the chin area for the next 2 days as it can mold the filler. I would suggest having the filler dissolved and then once dissolved you can have the area retreated again by a different injector if desired. After you get chin filler just make sure not to touch or mold the area. Hope this helps!
