Puckered scar/scar tissue formation after BCC removal. Can I have a revision? (Photo)

I had a BCC removed from the side of my nose about a month ago by a plastic surgeon via my local public hospital. Unfortunately, there is a lump that causes my nose to look very asymmetrical and distorted. I feel as if the this lump hasn't changed at all in this time. Is it possible to have a revision? I'm only 21.

BCCs are typically slow growing; however, that still means they need to be treated sooner rather than later. Most of the time the cancer is actually growing at the roots, under the skin, like a tree, so though the surface size may not change, it can be growing and developing under the skin more...
