Second molar finally growing out during Invisalign, will this affect treatment?

Hello, I'm currently doing Invisalign and on my 4th tray. During this time, I realised that my upper right second molar is slowly growing out. Before I commenced treatment, the second molar never really came out, it remained partially erupted and static. However I can see more and more of the teeth in question now. Will this affect my treatment? If it all comes out is it normal to get new trays and pay extra fees for the new aligners? Or would it be better to get it extracted?
