Melanoma removed from forehead has damaged nerve that lifts eyebrow. Anything I can do?

Asked By:ellierix in Australia, AU

I recently had a Melamona In Situ removed from just above my eyebrow, they had to take the 5mm margins and added a skin graft as the area was too large to close with a skin flap as it would've altered shape of my eye. The operation have damaged the nerve which allows me to lift my eyebrow, are there any exercises I can do to try and help bring back movement or will time possibly improve this? Thank you
