Hello! Each of my Invisalign trays has been the usual 1 of 26, 2 of 26, 3 of 26 - up until the current 14 of 26 - for both Upper and Lower. However, I have just noticed an extra set *between* 14 and 15 containing a single lower tray inside, with the same number 15 as the next set. It also has an extra label of "Attachment Template." What does this mean and how should I proceed? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It would be best to see your provider as soon as possible. Bring all of your aligners and the doctor can check which aligners fits best. It is not advised to continue wearing an aligner that is causing extreme pain or discomfort. That could result in more complications.
You simply need to thoroughly clean the inside and outside surfaces of your aligners. Use a new toothbrush that has straight bristles and a small amount of dish soap 2-3 times per day paying attention to every surface and the aligners should appear clear and clean.
