For one of my top front teeth (#10) - extraction and insertion of dental implant with bone grafting material. Approximately 6 months later, the dentist opened up the implant and it did not integrate and therefore had to be removed. - a few months later, another dental implant was placed by an oral surgeon using some of my own jaw bone. 6 months later, the implant was uncovered and was deemed stable. A temporary crown was placed and within a few weeks, an abscess formed above the implant.

If it is very slight it can be improved with implants most likely. I have done it for a patient before, however, you may find it feels awkward or hard to get used to a new bite.
