I got my 5th microdermabrasion done yesterday. It was done by a different doctor than other times. After the microdermabrasion, I went home and was shocked to see these dark red spots. They are painless, hard and a bit bumpy. What are these?

Sensitivity after microdermabrasion is normal and should settle down on its own. In the meantime, keep your skin protected, use moisturizer, an SPF cream, and don’t use harsh exfoliants until your skin is fully recovered.
