Completely returning your dentition to it"s pre-extraction form would be the absolute best treatment. You are very attentive to the changes in your mouth due to the previous removal of the 4 teeth and anything less than complete treatment may not be successful to you.This would require Orthodontic therapy and then Implant placement and restoration with Implant Crowns.I have treated  Four-Bicuspid extraction cases with Invisalign to re-expand the arches and give lip support and made patients happy doing this, but this may not work for you.  Veneers can be utilized to expand and support the lips if carefully planned but this may not work for you.  Some careful pre-treatment work could be done with waxing up a study model and fabrication of a template could be made for you to try in to see it this kind of treatment may have a chance for success to avoid orthodontic treatment and implants.Full lips can be achieved with veneers if done correctly, but you would never want to drill down the enamel to add back.  You would only want to do NO-Preparation veneers.
