Hi - I am back almost a year since my last Q&A.. and I have been able to lose about 30lbs and counting which has greatly helped with my goals. However, I am still very aware that my side profile is not where I'd like it to be. There were a lot of great suggestions on my last post - but they were also all over the place. From fillers to a deep plane neck lift.. I'm not sure if the work I've been able to do would help give a clearer answer as to my options? I am worried about filler migration
