You may have some sort of infection or abcess, I don't like that the crown moves. You should get back to your dentist to have this checked as soon as you can.

The odor you’re experiencing can come from  various issues. The fact that the tooth wiggles bothers me more than the odor. You should certainly go back to your dentist to have that evaluated as well as the odor. 

The temporary crown probably has an "open margin" where food and bacterial is getting in. Your dentist can fix that or you can just wait for the permanent crown.
