Skipped tray on invisalign Would refinements be necessary? Also is there going to be any damage by skipping out that week?

I am currently wearing Invisalign. I wear them weekly and have a total of 16 trays. There was some confusion at the doctor office and they gave me tray 12 to wear instead of tray 11. I am now on tray 14 and just realized that I skipped tray 11. I spoke to the receptionist and she said the doctor will just have me do refinements. The trays have all fit fine and my teeth have been shifting. Would refinements be necessary? Also is there going to be any damage by skipping out that week?

Yes, it could be improved considerably and it can be further helped by extra auxiliaries during the Invisalign, and also gingivectomy at the end.
