I'm considering not going for dental implants because I have work all the time and I'm also very insecure about this procedure I'm afraid I won't and will not get the implants done because I have to get a bone graft done and I won't be able to wear my flipper with teeth on it

definitely looks like the area is infected. Bone loss is not a good
sign. Most likely the implant will have to be removed and the area
cleaned. It is
ideal to have a 3D scan taken to have a more accurate diagnosis of
bone loss. Then have the bone graft placed again and
let the area heal...
If you can not absolutely wait till after your pregnancy (which is recommended), then it is ok to expose the implant with local anesthesia with a minimally invasive approach. Best to advise your doctors.
