I got my braces tightened today and I now have a gap. Should I be worried? (Photo)

this morning in went to my orthodontist and they gave me a new wire. I was sitting in the bathroom and noticed I now have a gap in between my two bottom front teeth. I did not have a gap before today and I'm getting worried. is this normal? should I be concerned? will my teeth be fine by the end?

Sometimes, during the leveling and aligning process of orthodontic treatment, transient spaces may develop as tooth rotations are eliminated. Most likely, you should not worry about this. Your orthodontist should be able to close the space once the teeth are aligned. At your next appointment, bring this up to your orthodontist and you will likely be told it is not a problem and that the spaces can be closed.
