Forma RF facial burns. Am I wrong for asking for a refund?

Male, recived the 600$ Forma RF facial 2 weeks ago. The nurse doing the facial BURNT (zapped) tiny dots on my face right on my midface under my eyes. She went “oops” you have sensitive skin sorry. I left the office with small pinpoint bleeding but thought it would heal fast. Nope, never seen such tiny burns heal so so slow and turn such a weird color. Now my skin has an odd sheen to it in these spots and are red. As if i just broke out. Am i wrong for asking for a refund?
