It is difficult to give you all of your options without doing a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation, but from the picture you submitted, it does appear like you said that your upper midline is off to the left 4-5 mm. This is not an easy fix with just Invisalign or even braces without additional treatment. Often a tooth on the right side may need to be removed to help swing the midline over. Other (more extreme) options involve surgery to move your entire jaw over to correct the midline.
