I had Lasik 7 months ago (-5). After 2 months I got allergic conjunctivitis. After 4 months got viral conjunctivitis, treated with antiviral drops, steroids. If after 2 months my eyes started to feel dry, after the viral conjunctivities it got me bone dry. Now I have lower punctal plugs, OTC drops, management of blepharitis with blephasol, warm compresses and massage; 1500mg omega 3. Will dryness go away eventually? I also have stromal infiltrations in the cornea. Will they dissapear?
