I had 2 premolars removed to reduce crowding but as a result it has placed my bite in a very compromized position that's causing me breathing problems( the doctor made my bite worse by pushing the teeth back to create more space). Yes it pushed my teeth up but I am having trouble chewing with 2 teeth missing and the doctors have suggested removing 2 more from the top but that defies logic and reason because that's not going to fix my sleep apnea issue. Can I use my tongue to undo this damage?
