Will I get sunken face and prominent cheekbones after extracting 4 teeth? (Photo)

I thinking about getting braces to reduce my slight mouth protrusion (common in asians). I talked to several orthodontists and it seems that extracting 4 teeth is necessary to reduce protrusion. But I saw online that a lot of people got negative profile change (called braces face?). How often are negative changes?

Molars, with more than one root, are fantastic anchors for moving teeth.  As such, moving them much at all is unpredictable.  Not impossible, but may not be worth the time and money.  It would be better to replace missing teeth with an implant or a bridge.
