Could retracting my upper jaw with elastics and Invisalign cause me to lose airway space when I sleep at night? (Photo)

I have all my teeth (including my impacted wisdoms). I have severe overcrowding and a deep bite. I know elastics and IPR are going to be part of my 24-month Invisalign treatment as well as 16 attachments and 45 trays. I am not having any extractions. I will be changing trays every 2 weeks. My concern is that I already have a high palate and narrow arch. Could moving my jaw backward increase my risk for sleep apnea or even TMJ? Thank you so much for your time.
