Although not FDA approved, I have recently started to apply Latisse to my over-plucked eyebrows (one drop on each brow). I would like to know if I should apply Latisse to my brows before or after using my facial moisturiser? My skin can feel quite dry without using it, and the Latisse slightly exasperates this problem- I am worried however that applying moisturiser before/after may diminish the effects of Latisse? Thanks in advance for your advice...

Latisse should only be applied at night, after you've washed your face and before you go to sleep. This is the manufacturer's instructions and should be followed. Unfortunately, I don't know much about Lilash so I am unable to provide you with any advice on that product.
The use of Latisse has been reported to darken the iris in very light (blue) colored eyes in a very small percentage of people (per Latisse information). This should be a very rare possibility if the product is used as directed. The information also states that the color change may be permanent.
Latisse is a safe and great way to get longer, thicker and darker lashes. However it tends to make inflammation (swelling and redness) worse. For that reason it is not a good idea to use Latisse while you are healing from eyelid surgery.
I would suggest that you stop the Latisse...
