Since getting a major refinement on my Invisalign aligners, I have started to experience headaches and progressively worsening pain in my right trap and right side of my neck. I am nearing the end of my treatment, and from what I've read here, most orthodontists DON'T think it's due to the Invisaligns.

The air gap at the bottom of the aligner usually means that the aligner is not fitting well, or even the misfit is causing the tooth to be pushed upwards. At aligner 3 it is very unusual and I would ask your dentist to have another look.
