this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the
outcome. It takes time for the swelling to resolve. It may be 6
months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient. Watch your physical
activity. Everyone is different.

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing. Of course, it is possible to sue but this is probably not the best way to proceed in most cases. Instead, assuming you are working with a  board-certified plastic surgeon, it will be in your best interests to communicate your concerns in a calm/constructive fashion. Working together, revisionary breast surgeon will likely improve your symmetry. Remember also that you are still early out from surgery; much too early to evaluate the long-term outcome of the procedure performed. I hope this helps.
