So at first when I got armpit hair I started shaving , at first everything was fine but then )I start getting razor bumps and Ingrown hairs so I stopped shaving and used veet , and after using it a couple of times I realized that my armpits are getting dark or like not that dark , not like black or sth but different than my body color (a little) or Idk if it is a little , I returned back to shaving and everything got worse , I'm having ingrown hairs now and idk what to do

Hi,thanks for the question.Stop using veet cream for hair removal and consult a board certified dermatologist and start with laser hair reduction therapy for the underarm area to get rid of the hair in that area permanently.So the constant use of hair removal creams in that area will reduce the further darkening of skin.You can undergo glycolic peels for the darkness and start with topical creams containing kojic acid,niacinamide.Avoid using deodrants in the underarm area
