I was prescribed Spironolactone for female adult acne. First tablet I had 50mg after lunch and then that night I couldn’t fall asleep and could not stop moving my legs around. The next day I avoided having a tablet and had a great sleep with no leg twitching. After that I thought I would give it another shot and had 50mg after dinner which lead to another night of insomnia and restless legs. Insomnia and RSL are not listed as side effects - why am I the only one? What’s wrong with me?
