I have been prescribed Aldara for BCC(Basal Cell Carcinoma) and precancer on my entire face. Will I be toxic to my young grandchildren as with other chemos? Is there a way to alleviate the burning and itching?

question. Allowing the wound to heal by secondary intention is certainly an
option. The wound may take several weeks to months to completely heal. If you
are not satisfied with the results you can always discuss further reconstructive
options with your plastic surgeon.
